GuÃaVerde has organized two free online technical seminars to help florists and garden center managers boost their sales of poinsettias ahead of the Christmas campaign.
The first webinar will take place on Tuesday, November 8, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and will be aimed at florists. In it, the floral art trainer and national jury Silvia Mir will carry out a " Poinsettias composition and decoration workshop ".
The next day, Wednesday, November 9, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. , the gardener and landscaper Xavi Miró will host the webinar " Boost sales in your garden with unique Poinsettia spaces ", aimed at managers and workers from the plant section of garden centers.
Both webinars are free but with limited places, and are sponsored by Stars for Europe, a project that began in 2000 with the aim of promoting and ensuring long-term sales of Poinsettias in Europe. Stars for Europe activities are taking place in 22 European countries. From 2021 to 2024, SfE is supported by the EU program “Stars Unite Europe” in 7 of these countries: Spain, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and Sweden.
